First picture from Nayanthara and Vignesh's wedding out; the couple looks enchanting

Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara are officially husband and wife. Following their wedding in Chennai, the filmmaker posted their first wedding picture on Thursday. While sharing the pictures, he wrote, "On a scale of 10 …She’s Nayan & am the one ☝️ By God’s Grace :) jus married"

According to reports, the couple married in an intimate ceremony attended by family and friends. Actors Rajinikanth, Shah Rukh Khan, Suriya, and Vijay, as well as filmmakers Mani Ratnam and Atlee, are said to have attended the wedding at Mahabalipuram's Sheraton Grand.

Nayanthara appeared magnificent in a custom-made red saree from the designer label Jade By Monica, as shown in the photo. She accentuated her bridal outfit with a pair of jhumkas, stacked bangles, a nose ring, and a maang tika. Vignesh, on the other hand, looked dapper in a veshti, kurta, and shawl.

In the early hours of his wedding day, Vignesh took to Instagram to share a handful of photos of himself and Nayanthara, as well as some solo shots of the actor. He mentioned in the post that they will be married in just a few hours. He penned, Today is June 9th and it’s Nayan’s thanking God, the universe, the goodwill from all the lovely human beings who have crossed My life !! Every good soul, every good moment, every good coincidence, every good blessing, every day at shooting, and every prayer that has made life this beautiful! I owe it all to the good manifestations & prayers! Now, It’s all dedicated to the love of my life! #Nayanthara!"

He also referred to Nayanthara as his 'Thangamey,' a term for affection that is also the title of a song in his film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan, which also stars Nayanthara.

Vignesh and Nayanthara have been dating for the past seven years. They met while working on Vignesh's second film, Naanum Rowdydhaan, and fell in love.
