Feels like the first day of shoot: Pandya Store's Simran Budharup on shooting after recovering from COVID

India Forums recently broke the news about four lead actors from Star Plus show 'Pandya Store' namely Simran Budharup, Mohit Parmar, Akshay Kharodia and Alice Kaushik contracting the novel coronavirus. The production house acted promptly and gave a three day off to the entire unit and in the meantime worked on RT-PCR tests of the unit members along with finalizing a track that would help them overcome the crisis situation.

Well, after almost a week, actress Simran Budharup who plays the character of Rishita in the show resumed shoot after testing negative. She is ecstatic to join back the shoot for the show.

India Forums got in touch with Simran and asked her about returning back on the sets, she said, "It feels like the first day on the sets. I really missed being on the sets. I never like to take holidays from work because I enjoy shooting for the show. I only opt for leaves when I plan to travel. Since, I have certain amount of responsibility on my shoulder as an actress in the show, I wanted to bounce back as soon as possible and thankfully, I've recovered and I'm back on the sets".

When asked about her quarantine period, Simran said, "It was good. I focused on not panicking and staying positive. I believe COVID positive patients shouldn't panic and keep calm while prioritizing their health and that's exactly what I did. I was quarantined at Aashu's  (Semwal) house since I stay with my younger sister who's 12 years old and of course not vaccinated. I didn;t want to put her at risk and thus I opted to quarantine at a different place altogether".

Well, we're glad that Simran has recovered. We can't wait for other actors to also join her and re-start the shoot with same zeal.
