Farhan Akhtar celebrates daughter Shakya's graduation with Shibani and family: Pic

Farhan Akhtar, the multi-talented Bollywood personality known for his prowess as an actor, director, and producer, is beaming with pride as his older daughter, Shakya Akhtar, graduates from the prestigious Lancaster University in the United Kingdom. Recently, Farhan took to social media to share the joyous occasion with his virtual family, treating them to a glimpse of his daughter's graduation ceremony through heartfelt pictures and videos. 

The event was a true celebration of Shakya's remarkable achievement, attended by her entire family, including her mother, Adhuna Akhtar, legendary grandparents Javed Akhtar, Honey Irani, Shabana Azmi, and Farhan Akhtar's wife, Shibani Dandekar.

In the pictures shared by Farhan Akhtar, Shakya can be seen striking poses with her proud parents and adoring grandparents.  Farhan expressed his joy and wrote, "Congratulations to our graduate, Shakya... such a proud moment to be there as a family and celebrate your achievement. Onwards and upwards... the world is yours." In his caption, Farhan also made a special mention of his sister Zoya Akhtar and younger daughter Akira Akhtar, who was unable to attend the ceremony. He added, "Missed you Akira Akhtar and Zoya Akhtar."

Although physically absent from the event, Shakya's aunt, Zoya Akhtar, made her presence felt as she left a comment on the post, expressing her excitement and pride. Zoya wrote, "FOMO!!!!! Congratulations my Shakalaka baby!!! You are the smartest in the clan." The warm wishes poured in from Farhan's industry friends as well, with his Rock On! co-star, Arjun Rampal, congratulating Shakya and wishing her luck and love for her bright future.

For the unversed, earlier this month Farhan Akhtar had shared two adorable snapshots from his London visit, where he was accompanied by his wife, Shibani Dandekar, and their elder daughter, Shakya Akhtar. 

While basking in the joy of his daughter's accomplishment, Farhan Akhtar also has his sights set on his upcoming directorial venture, Jee Le Zaara.
