Faissal Khan renews allegations against brother Aamir Khan, claims ‘child out of wedlock with Jessica Hines’

Actor Aamir Khan’s brother, Faissal Khan, has once again levelled serious allegations against his family, reviving old claims that have previously stirred controversy. Speaking at a press interaction on Monday, the former actor accused his family of hypocrisy and repeated his assertion that Aamir had a relationship with British journalist Jessica Hines, which he alleged resulted in a child.

Clips from the press conference have since circulated online, drawing sharp reactions. In one of the videos, Faissal said he had received a letter from his sister, Nikhat, urging him to reconsider his decision to part ways with the family. He claimed to have responded by labelling his relatives “liars and hypocrites”.

Detailing his grievances, he remarked, “Maine ek letter likha, us mein maine har family member ko likha ki tum kya ho… Aamir ki Reena se shaadi hui, phir divorce hua. Phir unka relation hua Jessika Hines ke saath, jiske saath unhe ek illegal bacha bhi hai out of wedlock.” He further added that at the time, Aamir was also living with filmmaker Kiran Rao.

The Mela actor went beyond his brother, alleging that his mother, Zeenat Hussain, had pressured him to marry his aunt between 2002 and 2003. He also accused her, along with his sister Nikhat Hegde and brother-in-law Santosh Hegde, of misleading Aamir and straining family ties. However, he maintained that the actor should have exercised better judgement, given his stature and maturity.

Just a day before this press meet, Faissal had announced on Instagram that he was formally severing ties with his family. In his post, he wrote that the decision was difficult but necessary for his “healing and growth”, describing it as the beginning of a new chapter focused on “freedom, dignity, and self-discovery.”

The remarks have reignited debates online, though neither Aamir Khan nor other family members have responded publicly to Faissal’s claims. Over the years, the two brothers have had a strained relationship, with occasional public disputes surfacing.

For now, Faissal’s latest outburst adds another chapter to the long-running rift, raising questions about how much of the family discord will remain private and how much will continue to spill into public view.
