Faisal Khan Gets Emotional as he Bids Adieu From Chandragupt Maurya

Faisal Khan who is widely known for his character, Chandragupt Maurya on Sony TV recently penned down a heartfelt note as he bid adieu to the show last week. Faisal thanked the entire production team and mentioned that it was this show that showcased him as the protagonist in front of the world. 

He went on his social media account and posted a video with the caption,“#ChandraGuptaMaurya

My debut show as an adult, Chandragupt Maurya, bid aiedu last week. I want to thank @sktorigins @rahultewary and the entire Swastik Production for having given me the opportunity to play CHANDRAGUPTA MAURYA, a character that shall always stay close to my heart. Everyone had always seen me as a kid but with Chandragupt the world finally saw me as young man and one who could play the main protagonist and hero on a show. I am grateful for all your support through the recent injury I had....I do wish I could have been there for the wrap up but yes we have many beautiful memories together! Thank you to the entire team!

Faisal Khan was seen with partner Muskaan Kataria on Star Plus dance reality show, Nach Baliye 9. However, Faisal met with an accident on the sets of Chandragupt Maurya and had to quit the show after weeks of spectacular performances on stage.
