Vikram Bhatt's latest presentation, Twisted was as twisted as it could get. With this week marking the season end for the web series, the next from the ace producer - director is all set to hit the web on June 23.

Titled Rain, the series will be a thriller and will star the Spotlight actor Sid Makkar and Canadian actress Priya Banerjee as the leads. Written by Priya Saggi, the series will be directed by Anupam Santosh Saroj, the same director of Vikram's last, Twisted.

We contacted Sid Makkar and he said, "It's an edge of the seat thriller and will have very few characters to the plot. It's very interesting because everything happens around a very small space."

When asked about his character, he said, "I'll be playing a professional lawyer and I happen to meet this beautiful lady whom I've known in the past already. What transpires is what the story is all about."

"It's titled Rain because it all happens during the rain. The rains that happened in Mumbai back in 26/7 (2005) when people went to each other's houses trying to find refuge," he added.

From the sound of it, it sure seems to be a worthy watch.

todays songs just are a competition for showing more vulgarity...more vulgar the song in terms of words and girls' clothes...bigger is the hit...and what saddens this condition is that the top producers of the industry are supporting ...in fact...creating and establishing the concept of "item songs" and then they will ask not to blame this ridiculous industry for increasing crimes everywhere.

i agree with asha ji. old songs have a charm which new songs just cannot match up to, no matter how good they are or how many hits they have.
