Ekta Kapoor may be all set and rolling with the barrage of her upcoming TV shows that will be launching on different channels at the soonest; but there is another show which has been the talk of the town and will not be airing on TV.

We are talking about the Mouni Roy starring Ken Ghosh directed upcoming project for Alt Balaji. We recently reported about how the team has already begun working on the show as they gathered for the script reading for the show.

But, it was exactly during this reading that Ekta took to Instagram to make an important decision and let the fans participate in the same. The show, has so far been called Mehrunissa and that's how it was supposed to go through. But, Ekta had two options with herself, where the show could either be called Mehrunissa or Noorjehan. She conducted a poll for the same.

It was going neck to neck till a period of time, until the decision was made.

And now, the show will no longer be called Mehrunissa, but Noorjehan. According to poll results, Noorjehan got majority votes and Ekta confirmed the same by posting that the show will now be called Noorjehan-

Isn't it amazing on Ekta's part to not only involve the viewers to participate in finalising the title, but also actually make a decision based in the same? So guys, Noorjehan it is.
