Dulquer Salmaan's birthday surprise; announces new film 'Lucky Baskhar'

Dulquer Salmaan's birthday celebration brought a delightful surprise for his fans as a new project starring the talented actor was officially announced. The film will be helmed by renowned director Venky Atluri, making this special occasion all the more fruitful for Dulquer's devoted followers.  

While more details are yet to be unveiled in the coming days, expectations are high as Venky Atluri previously delivered a box-office hit with Dhanush starrer "Vaathi."

Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under their banners Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, respectively, the film carries the potential for greatness, given their past collaboration on "Vaathi." Although the plot remains shrouded in mystery, rumours suggest that the director has chosen a unique and intriguing subject for the film.

Adding to the excitement, the film has been titled "Lucky Baskhar," with GV Prakash Kumar confirmed as the music composer. The music director is gearing up for a busy period ahead, with his involvement in several promising projects. Srikara Studios will present the film, and Navin Nooli has been finalized as the editor.

On the work front, Dulquer recently appeared in the music video of Jasleen Royal and Arijit Singh's new track, 'Heeriye.' Fans eagerly await his upcoming action entertainer, 'King of Kotha', directed by debutant Abhilash Joshiy. The film is scheduled for release in August 2023.
