Dulquer Salmaan shares glimpse of ‘Aravind Karunakaran’ from his upcoming film Salute

Dulquer Salmaan shared the latest still from his upcoming film Salute. The actor captioned a photo of himself as cop Aravind Karunakaran, "Aravind Karunakaran. Sub Inspector. Fist Clencher. Dulquer Salman will appear in Khakhi for the first time in his new film, directed by Rosshan Andrews. 

The project is being funded by the actor himself through his production company, Wayfarer Films. The film stars Cocktail actress Diana Penty as the female lead, with Manoj K. Jayan, Saniya Iyappan, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Saikumar, and Ganapathi S Poduval also playing important roles. The project's cinematographer is Aslam K. Puraiyil, and the background score is by Jakes Bejoy. It will be released in theatres on January 14th. 

Salute has also been chosen for the 51st International Film Festival Rotterdam. The festival's 51st edition will take place in the Netherlands from January 26 to February 6.
