Tonight's Doree 2 episode begins with Doree informing the Thakur family that her blood type does not match Shubhi's, making her unable to donate. Determined to find a solution, she declares that she will arrange blood for Shubhi on her own. However, Rajnandini intervenes, instructing Doree to call Maan and summon him immediately. When Doree remains silent, Rajnandini grows suspicious and demands to know Maan's whereabouts.
Kavya then questions Doree, insinuating that she might be lying about Maan being Shubhi's father. She further taunts Doree, suggesting that she must have done something to force Maan into accepting Shubhi as his daughter. Infuriated by Kavya's accusations, Doree slaps her and reminds her that instead of making baseless allegations, she should be more concerned about Shubhi's critical condition. Doree asserts once again that Shubhi is her daughter and rushes out to arrange blood for her.
As she steps out, a stranger approaches Doree, revealing that he overheard her conversation with the family. He offers to help, claiming to know a nearby blood bank where she can find a donor. Assuring her of his good intentions, he urges Doree to accompany him, and she agrees. Unbeknownst to her, he secretly signals Kavya with a thumbs-up. Watching this, Kavya smirks, convinced that both Doree and Shubhi will meet their end today.
Meanwhile, Maan arrives at the hospital, where Pushpa informs him about the unfolding situation. In the meantime, the stranger takes Doree to a deserted location instead of the promised blood bank. Dropping his act, he reveals his true intentions, telling Doree that both she and her daughter are doomed. Desperate to save herself, Doree pleads with the goons, explaining that she needs to secure blood for her daughter's survival. She discreetly dials Maan's number and manages to convey her location before one of the goons realises what she is doing. They snatch her phone and throw it aside before advancing toward her with malicious intent.
Just as the goons prepare to attack, Doree notices a Trishul near the Sankatamayya temple. Seizing the weapon, she fiercely fights back, determined to protect herself. Kavya, watching from a distance, is stunned by Doree's resilience. As the battle intensifies, Doree is on the verge of killing one of the goons when Maan arrives and intervenes. The goons, sensing trouble, flee the scene.
Still seething with anger, Doree declares that she doesn't need Maan's help and is fully capable of protecting her daughter on her own. However, Maan reassures Doree and holds her close, expressing that as long as she is there for Shubhi, nothing will happen to her. He then apologises for his past actions, admitting that he no longer cares about Shubhi’s biological mother and firmly acknowledges Doree as her true mother. As he tries to comfort her, Doree, overwhelmed with emotions, breaks down in his arms, and they embrace once again. Gathering herself, Doree then tells him that they need to arrange blood for Shubhi. With determination, they hold hands and walk toward the hospital together.
Meanwhile, Kavya grows frustrated, realising that yet again, Doree has managed to escape her trap. At the hospital, Rajnandini anxiously asks Dadi about Maan and Doree, questioning why they haven't returned with the blood yet. She confesses her suspicion that they might be hiding something. Just then, Maan and Doree arrive at the hospital. Maan directly addresses Rajnandini's doubts, asserting that he is indeed Shubhi's father. Without wasting any more time, he heads to donate blood for Shubhi, urging Doree not to worry as he does so.
