Did Aamir Khan drop hints about doing Kishore Kumar's biopic with Anurag Basu?

Aamir Khan went into a shell after the debacle of Laal Singh Chaddha. However, the actor is back with Sitaare Zameen Par, which is reportedly inspired by the Spanish movie, Champions. RS Prasanna is the director of the same. The actor is also back in the movies in a big way discussing scripts with Hindi and South movie makers. Aamir Khan who was there at an ABP event revealed that he is now busy reading the biography of Kishore Kumar. When the interviewer asked him if he plans to play the legendary singer on screen, Aamir Khan cleverly dismissed the question.

Aamir Khan said he is a fan of his songs and is fascinated by his life. As we know, Kishore Kumar’s career and personal life were quite fascinating. The superstar had revealed some time back that serenades his new lady love Gauri Spratt every evening. We wonder if he has started preparing for the biopic. Anurag Basu was very keen to make the biopic with Ranbir Kapoor. But it seems like Kapoor is not much interested in the biopic of Kishore Kumar. Their last outing Jagga Jasoos was a huge flop at the box office. Moreover, he has done a biopic kind of movie with Sanju.
