Bala is same as Bajirao? Housefull 4 star Akshay Kumar reacts to the comparisons

The entertainment house of Bollywood Akshay Kumar is striking again with a movie full of laughter and wit. Housefull 4 is right around the corner and promotions of the movie are in full swing. While usually our stars promote their movies by coming in different shows, this cast has broken all barriers of creative thinking. 

They have all boarded a train from Mumbai to Delhi and on their mad journey itself, Akshay Kumar interacted with the media. He commented on his on going comparisons with Ranveer Singh's BajiRao look. 

In an interview with TOI, he said,"I am not trying to ape anybody. Basically, when the character Bala was born, he had long hair. That’s when his dad kept his name as Rajkumar Bala. After 2 years, he had Shahi Mundan, and after that, there was no hair growth.

"Woh Ganja hi rehh gaya aur woh Bhaut nafrat karta hai logo se jinn jinn ke baal ke (He remained bald since then and hates people who have hair). And he has also killed many people."

Akshay Kumar's co star Kriti Sanon too remarked,“But he doesn’t have the shendi (like that of Ranveer Singh in ‘Bajirao Mastani’)." This movie is all set to release on 25th of October and has a stellar star cast of  Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol, Riteish Deshmukh, Kriti Kharbanda, Kriti Sanon and Pooja Hegde.
