In a candid interview with Humans of Bombay, Warsi candidly addressed the issue of nepotism and favouritism in the industry. When questioned about the challenges an actor faces after delivering a flop, he expressed, "It is a sad thing, but what can you do? " He further stated that, the others are a little less privileged compared to a certain segment of actors, specifically referring to kids connected to the film industry. The industry has given me a lot, and he is thankful to them every day, especially Joy Augustine, Jaya Bachchan, and Amitabh Bachchan, as they are the ones he attribute his achievements to. While he has no complaints, this norm is accepted, acknowledging the distinction between those connected to the industry and those who are not.

While Warsi acknowledged the disparities caused by nepotism and favoritism, he maintained a balanced perspective, recognizing the blessings he has received from the industry. Despite the challenges, he remains grateful and appreciative of the opportunities that have come his way.

Warsi emphasized the key distinction between actors with industry connections and those without, stating that he is not even complaining; he accepts it. The sad part is he would probably do the same things with his kids. But yes, it is a difficult thing. There is a segment of actors who receive multiple opportunities to deliver hits, while others do not get the same privilege. One flop, and you are deemed 'doomed'; you must struggle tirelessly to reclaim your position. That is the unfortunate reality.
