Anupamaa: Shruti admits to being aware of Anuj's lingering feelings for Anupama

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) is taken aback to find the restaurant closed by the bank. She expresses her dismay, highlighting the deep connections she formed there with colleagues who became like family to her. Vikram, Rahul, KD, and all expressed their frustration and concern about the sudden closure, questioning why they weren't informed earlier. Anupama consoles them, emphasising the loss of their hard work and the uncertainty ahead.

Meanwhile, Beeji, who is unwell, discusses with Yashdeep their missed opportunity to accept Anuj's proposal, which could have saved the restaurant. Yashdeep regrets not taking the offer and realises the consequences of their decision. He recounts his visit to Mr. Kapadia's office, where he overheard distressing news. In a flashback, Shruti informs Anuj about the closure of the spice and chutney supplies. Anuj expresses frustration, having previously urged Mr. Dhillion to accept his proposal or consider a loan to save the restaurant. He laments the missed opportunity to prevent the closure. 

Aadhya warns Anuj:

Shruti questions his motives, suggesting his actions were driven by a desire to protect Anupama's job and keep her from returning to India. She confronts him about his evident feelings for Anupama, accusing him of considering a significant investment solely to ensure her well-being without consulting her. Shruti reveals her concerns about their impending marriage, given Anuj's apparent attachment to Anupama. Anuj is taken aback by her accusations, prompting Shruti to admit her awareness of his lingering feelings for Anupama. She professes her love for him but fears losing him to Anupama. Aadhya issues a stern ultimatum to Anuj, swearing not to forgive him if he aids Anupama and the restaurant. Yashdeep, who overhears their conversation, decides to leave to avoid further complicating Anuj's personal life.

Aarush's past is revealed:

Anupama visits Yashdeep's home, urging him not to lose hope and reminding him of their faith in a higher power. Yashdeep confesses his reluctance to reveal the truth to everyone, feeling responsible for their loss. Anupama expresses shock upon learning about Beeji's condition but assures Yashdeep of her support. Dimple questions Titu's silence regarding their father's desire to meet him. Titu hesitates, citing his remaining commitments and suspicions about the situation. Meanwhile, Vanraj observes them from a taxi. Dimple reassures Titu, noting the difficulty in believing in happiness after prolonged hardship, and offers him jalebi. Vanraj departs unnoticed. Titu notices Aarush with Pakhi and expresses concern, revealing Aarush's troubled history of fleeing after marriage and leaving his wife traumatised. He urges Dimple to take Pakhi back to India for her safety.

Back at the closed restaurant, Anupama reassures everyone, promising to fight for their jobs. She encourages them to eat and provides financial support. Meanwhile, Babu Ji learns about the closure, and Vanraj taunts Anupama's dedication to the restaurant. Baa presents Anupama with a recipe book and words of encouragement, symbolising her support. Anupama expresses gratitude for the gesture, acknowledging the strength it gives her.
