Anupamaa: Parag appreciates Anupama and Shahs, calls them a blessing for Prarthana

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, Parag tells Prarthana that he had always assumed Vasundhara's son would never show weakness in front of others. However, seeing him falter in front of her father, Parag realises that Prarthana's love has triumphed. Overwhelmed with joy, Prarthana conveys her gratitude to Parag, explaining the immense happiness he has brought her today.

Parag reflects on his responsibilities as the father of the bride, emphasising that all duties fell on him while the Shahs supported him. He appreciates how Prarthana handled everything and asks Ansh to always protect and care for her. In a touching moment, Parag returns the pendant Prarthana had lost long ago, bringing a smile to her face.

Parag sheds arrogance and regrets his past decisions

Turning to the Shahs, Parag admits that he had often approached them with arrogance, but in this moment, he is simply Prarthana's father. He expresses regret over marrying Prarthana to Gautam, realising the consequences of that decision. Preet points out to Bharti that she may not fully understand Parag's perspective, to which Bharti responds that everyone has multiple facets to their personality.

Parag reflects deeply on his misjudgment of Prarthana's marriage to Gautam. He explains that he believed he had raised her like a princess and hoped Gautam would treat her like a queen. Anupama attributes this to fate's misstep, but Parag confesses that even witnessing the wrong turn firsthand, he could not intervene. He acknowledges that ignoring Prarthana's pain was a grave error on his part and recognises that his business dealings with Gautam indirectly caused her suffering. Grateful to the Shahs for their unwavering support, Parag says that Prarthana is fortunate to have Anupama, Ansh, and the Shahs in her life. He expresses confidence that they will treat her like their own daughter and assures Prarthana that he will always be there for her.

Anupama comforts Parag and reassures him of better days ahead

Anupama remarks that parents should comfort their daughters during farewells to ease the pain of separation. Prem shares in the pride of Parag's actions, while Prarthana and Prem acknowledge him as the epitome of a loving father. Parag entrusts Prarthana to Anupama's care, and she, along with Ansh, receives his blessings. After the farewell, Parag breaks down emotionally, and Anupama offers comfort, explaining that expressing emotions is natural. She tells him that Prarthana is her daughter, too, and praises Parag as a devoted father. She appreciates the values he has instilled in Prarthana and assures him that Vasundhara and Khyati will eventually find peace. Anupama promises that everything will turn out well in the end.
