Anupamaa: Khyati SNEAKS into Mohit's room to check his belongings, suspecting he is her ABANDONED son

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, Rahi praises Mohit, calling him a good person. However, she criticises his parents for abandoning him at a young age, labelling them as selfish. Anupama, on the other hand, offers a different perspective, suggesting that Mohit's parents might have been helpless in their situation. She emphasises that no mother would willingly leave her child unless forced by circumstances but acknowledges that leaving him with his uncle was unfair.

As their conversation concludes, Rahi prepares to leave, but her mangalsutra suddenly breaks. She panics, interpreting it as a bad omen for Prem. Anupama tries to reassure her, and soon, they receive news that Prem is with Mohit. Although Anupama manages to calm Rahi down temporarily, she remains anxious about Prem's well-being.

Meanwhile, as Khyati walks past Mohit's room, she pauses upon noticing his belongings. Memories of their previous conversation resurface, where Mohit had mentioned the similarities they share. Though hesitant at first, her curiosity gets the better of her, and she eventually starts going through his bags and personal items in an attempt to learn more about him. She knows that checking someone’s belongings like this is wrong, but she just can’t shake off the feeling she has had since his arrival—almost as if he has come from a past left unfinished. However, she finds nothing suspicious and eventually leaves the room. Elsewhere, Moti Baa grows uneasy upon learning that Raghav has been released from jail. She is also troubled by the growing assertiveness of her daughters-in-law. At that moment, Khyati enters the room, prompting Moti Baa and Parag to ask if something is wrong.

Later, Anupama finds Raghav in the kitchen, preparing pasta. However, as he cooks, memories of Pankuri and the betrayal he faced come rushing back, overwhelming him with emotions. Lost in his thoughts, he abruptly turns off the stove. Seeing his distress, Anupama steps in, acknowledging that such memories are bound to surface.

Frustration takes over as Raghav begins expressing his pain, how he transformed himself for love, eloped to get married, and even distanced himself from his family upon being asked. He recalls making career sacrifices to align with Pankuri’s wishes, yet in the end, all he received in return was a punishment of spending 20 years behind the bars. Overcome with anger, he resumes cooking, his actions fueled by pent-up emotions. Observing his turmoil, Anupama gently places her hand on his, attempting to soothe him. She encourages him to focus and cook properly, mentioning that she, too, would like to have some pasta.

Meanwhile, at the Kotharis' house, Moti Baa scolds Rahi for her carelessness, blaming her for the mangalsutra breaking, which she sees as an ill omen. However, Parag intervenes to diffuse the tension, reassuring everyone that Anil will have it repaired soon.

As the family gets ready for their traditional pooja, Moti Baa inquires about Prarthana’s whereabouts. To cover up the situation, Gautam lies, saying she had stomach pain, took painkillers, and went to sleep. His explanation convinces everyone, but Rahi remains suspicious of him. Despite her doubts, the pooja begins, with the family coming together to pray for their well-being.

During the aarti, Rahi sees Mohit, and rushes towards him. She immediately questions him about Prem's whereabouts. Mohit explains that Prem had gone to check out a house and assumes he must have returned by now. However, the Kotharis soon receive a shocking video of Prem engaged in a fight with some boys. Mohit claims that the altercation happened because of Rahi and Anupama. Hearing this, Rahi grows even more distressed and quickly contacts Anupama, informing her that Prem is missing. Anupama, now deeply worried, watches the video of the fight.

Khyati confronts Mohit, suspecting that he is withholding information. Despite her repeated questioning, Mohit insists that he has already told them everything. Meanwhile, Rahi continues to fear for Prem's safety and urges Anupama to come to her. Anupama, feeling restless, decides to visit Rahi herself. Hasmuk suggests that Ansh accompany her, while Toshu offers to join as well. However, Anupama asks Toshu to stay back with the Shah family.

At the Kothari house, Rahi remains inconsolable. Khyati tries to comfort her, and even Parag expresses his concern. In a moment of vulnerability, Khyati finds solace in Parag's embrace. Meanwhile, Mahi hears about Prem's situation and rushes to the Kothari home. Ishani, believing that an evil eye has been cast on Prem and Rahi, shares her thoughts. Pari, however, accuses Mahi of being the source of their troubles. She challenges Mahi, saying that if her concern for Prem is genuine, she should pray for his safety. Mahi, on the other hand, privately believes that Prem would have been happier had he married her instead.

Rahi, overwhelmed with worry, fervently prays for Prem's safe return. Anupama soon arrives at the Kotharis' home, and together, she and Rahi anxiously await any news about Prem. When Anupama meets Mohit, she begins to have doubts about him. Gautam, also suspicious, presses Mohit for answers, but Mohit retorts with a sharp response.
