Colors Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa Season 9 seems to be grabbing the eyeballs of the audiences with the power packed performances and all the entertainment it keeps providing. The finale is here and the results will sure be shocking for the viewers to watch.
Jhalak's 9th season has been won by Teriya Magar followed by Salman Yusuff Khan at the second position and Shantanu Maheshwari on third. This is the first in the history of Jhalak and a reality show that a wild card entry has won.
The finale will be aired tonight.

I didn't want Salman to win, I was rooting for Shantanu. But I knew for sure, 100%, that he would win. So how the hell did Teriya beat them both? That is ridiculous!

Considering the journey, the performances, the skills, the abilities and the experience of all the three finalists, the two most deserving contestants were undoubtedly Shantanu and Salman. Teriya pitted against these two for the winner's title and actually taking away the trophy seems nothing but a bad joke.

Wow?? Really? Shantanu getting the third position is the joke of the decade! That girl was a wild card enterant AND she got eliminated but she wins the trophy leaving Shantanu, the best and the most deserving and the most popular behind! HAHAHA

Jhalak has proven time and again that it is a scripted show. You can always tell, from the way the judges score and give feedback, who the next elimination will be and who they're egging on to the finals. Sometimes when their favourites perform under par, they still get scored high. Last week Siddhant performed better than Teriya in the dance off, but he got the lowest score and she the highest. I think it was already decided when Teriya entered as a wildcard that they will make her win. They wouldn't have given it to Salman because he'd already won as a choreographer previously. And since Shantanu's performs as well as Salman, how can you choose between the two? So they gave it to Teriya. In any case, what's the point of this show? It's no longer about the dance journey of a celebrity from non/inexperienced dancer to dancer, but rather a competition between individuals who are professional dancers and/or winners of other dance competitions.
