Tamil actor Ajith Kumar has been admitted to a private hospital in Chennai, causing concern among fans. Known for his versatility and dedication, Ajith has always maintained an active lifestyle, balancing film sets, shooting ranges, and motorsport events. He recently finished filming 'Vidaamuyarchi' and 'Good Bad Ugly' before competing in an international car racing event in Europe.

Upon his return, Ajith was admitted to Apollo Hospital due to abdominal discomfort, according to News 18. While initial reports suggested routine medical checks, there has been no official confirmation from his team, including manager Suresh Chandra. Anxious fans have taken to social media, seeking clarity and requesting updates.

Following the announcement of the Padma Awardees by the Indian government in January, Ajith, a recipient of the prestigious award, was captured on video at the airport. The actor was seen warmly greeting everyone with folded hands, surrounded by fans and reporters eager to congratulate and catch a glimpse of the Padma Bhushan winner.

Ajith also remembered his late father, and added, “I wish my late father had lived to see this day. Yet, I like to think he would be proud that his spirit and legacy live on in all that I do. I want to thank my mother for her unconditional love and the sacrifices that enabled me to become all that I could be.”
