Aakanksha Singh shares TIPS on being healthy!

Everyone knew her as the docile lady Megha Bhatnagar from 'Naa Bole Tum Naa Maine Kuch Kaha' until the beautiful actress, Aakanksha Singh went on to star in the critically acclaimed show, 'Gulmohar Grand'.
However, amidst all the career achievements, a lot has happened in Aakanksha's life, where she got married to her long-time best friend, Kunal Sain, almost two years ago.
One can only imagine how challenging can it get for a married woman to be cautious about her health and stay fit. However, Aakanksha, who is also a physiotherapist, has the perfect mantra to stay fit and active.

Aakanksha shared with us, "Being a physiotherapist, I fell that being healthy is really important. In my college days, we used to have free camps for patients. All of us should take care of what we eat and make sure what we eat is right. Also, regular checkups to the doctor are very important, which many people tend to give a miss."
She added, "When it comes to the physical application, "An hour of exercise or any form of physical activity in the whole day is very important. If you are healthy from within, it shows and reflects in your personality."
No wonder that Aakankasha manages to stay fit and active every day. And of course, these simple but pivotal tips are duly noted.
