2018 has been a great year for Bollywood so far as the content-oriented movies won big at the box offices. Including movies such as Andhadhun, Tumbbad, Badhaai Ho, Sanju and many more. The audience gave a thumbs up to the content which is the result of films like Race 3, Thugs of Hindostaan failing to impress the audiences. So here's a list of the actors who focused mainly on content and made it big in the year 2018 so far.

When it comes to the selection of best films, the only name comes to our mind is Ayushmann Khurrana. The actor had 2 Blockbusters this year Andhadhun and Badhaai Ho releasing back to back in a month. 2. Sohum Shah:

Sohum Shah made his debut as the main lead in 2018's horror fantasy film Tumbbad. The actor has also done supporting roles in movies like Talvar, etc. Tumbbad turned out to be one of the best films in 2018 with Sohum Shah receiving lots of appreciation for his character in the film.

3. Ranbir Kapoor:

In spite of his amazing performances in movies like Tamasha, the actor was unable to get a proper commercial hit film. But Rajkumar Hirani's Sanju turned out to be a gamechanger for the actor as it broke the actor's flop movies streak. Hence, 2018 has been a great year for Ranbir.

4. Alia Bhatt:

Alia Bhatt since her debut film has always been doing some great films and the actor never fails to impress us. And in 2018, Alia impressed us with her amazing performance in Raazi which was commercially as well as critically acclaimed.

5. Rajkummar Rao:

When it comes to Rajkummar Rao, the actor has been doing great films and 2018 has been a great year for him. The actor got his first 100CR film with Stree where the actor was seen opposite Shraddha Kapoor.

6. Vicky Kaushal:

Vicky Kaushal is the new sensation among the B-town fans. With impressive performances in Sanju, Manmarziyan and Raazi the actor has successfully made it big in 2018.

Rajkummar Rao has got to be the most underrated star of Bollywood. Stars like him are trying to break the Machoo and manly preception of a star. I hope that he will also have a strong 2019. Have you seen any of his movies? If haven't, then you are missing out on something amazing.
