Hanuman  Did Offer To Rescue Mata Sita But She Didn't Go With Him.

Because Ravan. Had To Be Killed By Ram That's Why She Didn't Go With Him

Hanuman was revered as a Maha Jnani, a wise man with intellect. He was so overjoyed when he found Sita, that he wanted to get her and Rama together as soon as possible.

He offered Sita a solution for this, but she refused his offer because she was the most self-assured and knowledgeable woman and insisted that her husband must punish her abductor and free her from captivity.  

Sita was very clear about her choice when Hanuman offered her help to escape from Ravan's captivity.  

Her desire was to be released with dignity and with respect. That is why, rather than fleeing from Lanka, she chooses to await the arrival of Rama. 

Except for being carried by force by Ravana, she was a devoted wife who never let any man touch her. Hence, she graciously declined Hanuman's modest request to accompany him on his return journey to Kishkindha where Rama and the Vanara Sena were waiting for the good news of her whereabouts. 

Hanuman respectfully accepted Sita’s decision.  Her husband's retaliation for the disgrace was the only way she wanted her pain to end.  

Sita, as a pious woman, cannot run away with a stranger. She was fully aware of the fact that such an escape would raise questions about her character in society.  Sita wanted her Ram, a leader and role model at the time, to resolve the abduction issue in the most straightforward way possible, confront and defeat the offender. She didn't want anyone to doubt his ability to reclaim his wife's affection by sitting idle. Hanuman was well aware of this.  

Hanuman's primary mission was as a messenger he had to search her and inform her whereabouts to Rama. He was there to inform Sita that Rama was there for her, to teach Ravan a lesson before engaging in a full-fledged battle. As a messenger, he was not authorized to engage in combat or arrange an escape.   

We must regard Rama and Sita as king and queen of a nation. That means their character must be above par. People in a developed society hold their leaders to a high moral standard.  Sita's refusal to go with Hanuman, as well as Rama's testing Sita by fire, demonstrate the high standard they put for themselves as a ruler and the queen of their country.

The Ramayana and Mahabharata are practical treatises about family relationships and leadership qualities of that time.

As it was already  decided  according  to Jai Vijay  incident  that raavam ka udhas lord vishnu  ke avatar  raam  se hona tha not by Hanuman  that is why it is only  lord vishnu  avatar  that is  lord raam  kill  ravan  

Moreover   according  to raam  charita Manas when  lord Narada give   curses lord raam  u have to bear separation  from ur wife then  monkey will help u in searching  seeta  narsad nowhere  Said monkey will  kill ravan  that is role of Hanuman  to search seeta not to kill ravan  .

And more over  lord raam ka dharti pe  avatar  lene ka main purpose yahi  tha to kill ravan that is why ravan  kill by raam not by Hanuman
