The narrative now officially has changed...and honestly, I find the title of the article misleading - intentionally...

Legally, it is still an alleged extortion and an alleged bribe...and alleged chats.

https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/entertainment/hindi/bollywood/news/hc-permits-sameer-wankhede-to-amend-plea-to-include-shah-rukh-khan-under-prevention-of-corruption-act-for-paying-rs-18-crore-bribe/articleshow/101535970.cms?utm_source=contentofinterest&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=cppst

...and let us see how long the legal matter gets stretched...

An interesting wording which I found as tweet line for an article of a Gujarat press portal (part of India Times Group) - Twitter-translated:

"As Sameer Wankhede prepares to implicate Shahrukh Khan in the drugs case, the court accepted this"

Does the translation of the underlined words fit to the original meaning?

" During the hearing in the case on Wednesday, Sameer Wankhede was given the opportunity to change his application. Shahrukh is likely to be in trouble because of the Wankhede revenge. Sameer Wankhede raised his arms and while defending himself, demanded that "action should be taken according to the law against the party who is instigating in the matter i.e. Shah Rukh Khan".

A small update a day before the next court hearing is scheduled (partly already known/published in Oct 2021):

Wankhede roped in Gosawi into the raid and there had been a list with people who could have drugs with them, from whom one could get bribe to let them go...

I was sure of that!!!

The whole thing - until now - is a pathetic display of judiciary procedure...another evidence of incapacity of the CBI...or a poorly played court-stage show appropriate for a D-grade movie production...

only, there are real people involved and it happens in reality...

So yesterday, media published that one of the accused (and arrested since mid May!!!) was (finally?!) questioned by CBI, today media published that Munmun (put together with Aryan and Aarbaz as a trio-accused in the cruize case) was (finally?!) summoned for interrogation.

That was very convenient (not the interrogations, but the publishing) as now Wankhede's lawyer could question who at the CBI had leaked the info (they hadn't, Mr lawyer asserts)...and the CBI says, not the respective officer...may have been the accused and Munmum themselves!!!

Isn't that simply great?!

And what did Court decide? Next hearing 21st of August...one month to get to know who leaked the info...and Wankhede still rooming free...and the CBI starting their 'work' probably the...(oh no, I let guess you...the 21st is a Monday...and 17 days later it's the release of Jawan...)

here is the link (to get the whole 'argumentation', again click on the tweet 😉 )
