Part 9 - Morning!

Ajabde came a day before scheduled.

A free soul like her always loved adventures. Staying in all the new place and learning new things made her happy.

She wanted to explore many things. Apart from exploring the places of entertainment and fun to relax, she thought to have experience of the corporate culture too.

Her aspirations made her family proud. Her father had a plan. As Raoji had asked his friend in Delhi, to get her any suitable work during her short visit, Udaisinghji hired Ajabde as his Personal Associate in Sisodiyan Enterprises only. Why look for anything else, when she can work in his own enterprise, with him only. She would stay with their family, accompany him in the office and learn as much she can. His son was returning home too, so she would not get bored as well.

"I would get a chance to stay with my daughter too" UdaiSinghji had smiled, relieving her father.

She was to stay in a guest room but her room was decorated just like the way it was in her own home. With her very presence she made it her own room only.

A very first day at the new place, went quite. She wanted to rest.

Mornings at Sisodiyans used to be early. A little earlier, as whole of the family would be awake by the break of dawn.

Jaiwantabaiji would start the day with puja of her Kanhaji, by singing the Prabhatiya i.e. a morning bhajan. It also happened to be the alarm for the men as they would take bath, soon joining her in the daily routine.

Then the trio would jog up around the mansion only. Jaiwantabaiji would look after the breakfast, as the father-son would do some exercise in their home gym.

Tired of all the traveling and first day at office, Ajabde slept peacefully, as if selling all the horses she didn't have.

A soft and serene melodious voice of bhajan filled the house as Jaiwantabaiji reached their Poojaghar.

"Akhiyaan... Hari darshan ko pyaasi!"

Ajabde checked time in her cellphone - 5:00 a.m.

'Oh! that's a lot early!'

And she snuggled back in her blanket shutting eyes, smiling at the beautiful background music.

"Akhiyaan... Hari darshan ko pyaasi!
Akhiyaan... Hari darshan ko pyaasi!

Dekhat bin tum Nayan Kamal ko, Nish din rehat udaasi..."

A genuine content smile rose up on Pratap's face, as that would be the only sound Pratap would miss in the mornings. All those time, when he was away from home, he missed his Ranima the most. The way she made all the routine so smooth, the way his mornings started with her voice, to the way his days ended with her smile.

He got ready humming along the bhajan

"Akhiyaan... Hari darshan ko pyaasi!"

Getting ready, sparing last glance at his reflection in the mirror, he left the room. When Pratap was crossing the corridor, going down for the Pooja, he passed Ajabde's room. The door of the room was half open and he couldn't resist to peek for once...
