Nimki Mukhiya is a comedy drama on Star Bharat channel which highlights the issues of Women empowerment and it revolves around Nimki who is a carefree and free spirited girl. She accidentally becomes the first Mukhiya (chief) of the village and encounters various difficulties and challenges in the journey along way.
Nimki later marries, the son of the Village's chief (Babbu Singh) whose father just want to fulfil his political needs through Nimki. Will Nimki will able to survive in this family and realise the truth of her marriage?
The series first premiered on 28th August 2017 and it streams on Hotstar.
