Akshara's dance academy (Naira was the sole owner of it) belongs to Abhira's mother Akshara (few people might mention Kairav's name here too but he handled the family's business). As Abhira's mother is not alive so all the shares and properties in her mother's name, which Akshara inherited being the daughter of Naira Singhania and Kartik Goenka (her grandparents) are hers. Even Sharma's house is Abhira's. She can live in her house where Sharmas created their blissful memories but the writers want to make viewers feel Abhira's pain, and loneliness and keep watching the show. They have been successful in both. The portrayal of vulnerable or courageous Abhira both worked in their favour.
Exaclty Why is Ruhi's parentage is in question in the first place when it has been already established who her father is. @bold: if she were not Neil's daughter these kinds of traits wouldn't have been shown in previous season. Lmao
