how to upload sara & sami"s video

actually i need u ppl help. i have the sara n sami"s ( ashir n laiba) video (with nadia khan ) . its in my mobile .. can some one please tell me , how i can upload?

put it on2 ur pc n then go 2 a site lyk bandongo or mega upload n upload it on there
