Want to lose around 10kgs in a month!!! Help me with some ideas

I want to lose weight in a month, which is quick. But can you tell me some ways? I have tried both diet and exercise. Please help me with some ideas.

I think following a routine everyday might help you. Change your diet by having more liquids. Avoid having dairy products and non-veg. No rice or heavy stuff. If hungry have fruit salad.

Try having natural juice like watermelon, orange, etc and green tea, this will make your stomach full without gaining any weight. While for losing weight you need to get up early in the morning around 5 am and jog upto 2 km.

Have Organic Green tea, it will help you to burn your calories a little faster.. 

This might help you to lose upto 3 kg in a week. :)

Remember as I said *only liquid diet*
