Razia Begum and Azaan will be more alert now...

Khalid has started his revenge against Shayra perhaps but how would he know that she will be the first at the stairs?  Unless he is stalking ShaZaan too... It might have been meant for Azaan...

Shaira saving Noor is working against her in both cases, first where she saved her from Khalid, now when she saved her, from herself. Khalid has turned into a criminal, he needs help
