Ishani picks up the phone. It is one of the rapists on the other end who thinks it is DIya on other end...he speaks accordingly...As Shaurya takes the receiver from her hand and says hello, he cuts the call...

Diya who hears everything, wipes her tears and takes her decision...She comes down and says she wouldn't ever wish any harm on Ishani and asks Karan to take her home : she would convince her mother. She thanks everyone and says she is not selfish enough to cause harm to the people who stood by her side...

Urmi and Shaurya says she shouldn't go as the criminal has threatened her. Anirudh supports them and says Diya's safety is very important now. He would arrange police protection so that no one in his family is harmed. Anirudh further assures Diya and Ishani that nothing will happen...

Shaurya almost collapses at the foot of her bed with laughter and Cheeku also enters...Shaurya then relates Cheeku's mishap with his latest girlfriend and shows her the morphed photos of "Chiks" 😆

As Diya watches the photos and laugh, Shaurya looks on with an affectionate expression...

Next morning, Urmi informs the police about the call. As she asks about Diya, he says that she smiled for the first time yesterday.

[How could she resist when someone so caring is making her do so? :-) ]

Shaurya assures Urmi he would publish the sketches in his newspaper too daily till they get caught and also that he would follow the case at the police station.

Many days pass and SHaurya visits the police station unerringly. Irritated by his visits, the police says he would inform when he finds some clue : no need to visit like this.

I hope she meets his mother too and realise she's not the reason, but the SNAKE, DB KARAN is the bad guy...

The rapist's call and threat leads to an upheaval in the Sinha house. Ishaani is extremely distressed with the call and this gives Damini further fuel to get Diya out of the house. She doesn't care what becomes of Diya, even if she ends up dead, but precious Ishaani has to be absolutely safe in her cradle ! The rest of the Sinhas try their best to reason with her but to no avail.

Karan who is a silent witness to this scene decides to beat a quiet retreat only for Damini to catch him in the right moment 😆. First Shaurya's prank, now Damini's order, The Fattu is obviously regretting coming to see Diya today 😈 He again starts his drama of "Ma won't allow" but Damini is not interested in hearing excuses, she wants Diya to go with him. Things go downhill for Karan when even Diya decides to leave with him and thanks everyone for their support but she would never want anything bad to happen to the family in the course of helping her.

At last lady luck shines on Karan in the form of Urmi who declares that Diya is going nowhere, backed by Shaurya and Aniruddh, who has the final word. Aniruddh was awesome today! The way he totally took charge of the situation and assured police protection and then went on to individually comfort both Diya and Ishaani was just amazing to watch. "Tum bhi iss ghar ki beti jaisi ho" Such comforting and protective words coming from someone other than Urmi and Shaurya was just poignant 👏

The next scene which was the best of the episode cannot be explained in words. Hence 😃...

What a lovely scene! Though it makes me wonder because of the looks exchanged between Shaurya and Cheeku, this was a planned prank to make her laugh. If so then the awww quotient shot up even higher . (PS: Chicks does look hot though 😆)

Urmi calls the inspector to know of the progress in the case and informs him about the threat call. But so far, despite the posters everywhere the police have been unable to locate the culprits. Shaurya decides to print the posters in his paper with offer of a reward. He informs Urmi that Diya smiled after a long time which they see as a good sign.

Shaurya takes it upon himself to follow up at the station daily but each time the inspector has no news to give him. He gets frustrated and complains about the number of days passing without any leads and the lack of effort being put in to do their duty. Once again the inspector promises to keep him updated on any breakthrough.

PS: Can anyone tell me how much theyis is? Not very good with Hindi numbers.

It really is a wonder how despite the posters and the paper adverts with reward there is no clue at all of the culprits. Unless they have some strong backing. No criminal with a reward over his head and his pictures everywhere would show the guts to call up a victim and threaten her.

Frustrated Shaurya comes home to a dark house with the doors left open. The situation alarms him and he starts calling out to Urmi and Ishaani. It turns out to be a birthday surprise for him (oh so Shaurya also August-born 😉) but far from being happy he loses his temper on Ishaani much to the surprise of all.

Precap: Diya is in a car waiting for Urmi when she hears someone singing outside. It turns out to be her rapists. Urmi is then seen comforting a frightened Diya. Jeez, are they following her now 😳?

I'm so confused. Pata nahi aur kya hoga bechari Diya ke saath.
