28th June, marked the day of the birth of someone who made his place in the hearts of many girls...

He started his career as a model...but soon entered the television industry with shows like Kasamh Se and Ganga. But he rose to fame with Pyaar Ki Yeh Ek Kahani; the first Indian Vampire series. Based on Twilight and TVD, Vivian Dsena played the first Vampire in the history of Indian Television. Abhay Raichand. With his blue eyes, shoulder tattoo and intense baritone, he became the love of many of us.
After Pyaar Ki... went off-air, Vivian returned after a hiatus of about 4 months with another epic character of Rishabh Mohan Kundra a.k.a RK; the Superstar of Bollywood. RK was a brat, alcoholic and very proud. Having a troubled childhood, he grew up to hate every relationship..including that of a mother and a son. Vivian played RK effortlessly...the dialogue delivery made RK all the more real...and droolworthy. His dialogues became the highlight of the show and are still remembered. One of the tracks of the show brought in a lookalike of RK, called as KRK (Keval Ram Kushwaha) who was an antagonist...and villain. Vivian played both the roles effortlessly and with conviction.
After the show completed a run of one and a half year, the makers decided to go for a time-leap and Vivian quit the show. After he left, the show started dipping in ratings and within 6 months, he was called back. He played a mentally-challenged guy, Raju who gets married to Jr. Madhubala. He brought justice to his character and soon, he was transformed into a healthy goon, Raja. Vivian made sure he differentiated both Raja and RK...
The show ended on a high note last year in August. Vivian made RK memorable...as the show is still addressed as "RK wala show"
He is back on Colors with a Reality Show, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. Even though he knows nothing about dancing, he signed up...to face his fear and to emerge as a better dancer. His humility and down to earth nature is still something that evokes love in his fans.

Vivian Dsena, played the first Vampire of Indian Television. Abhay Raichand, a tall, dark and handsome creature of the night. He was described as having beautiful blue eyes, musculated body and a deep baritone. Abhay is a strikingly handsome boy, who,unlike the Mount College kids, is very recluse and mysterious. Piya is very attracted and very much in love with him. Vivian Dsena was criticized for playing Abhay Raichand...however him being expressionless and stone-faced was what Abhay's character required him to do. Abhay Raichand had to be less expressive and dark. And the credit of portraying him so well goes to Vivian Dsena. Infact, a lot of Vampire TV Series were attempted to be made after PKYEK...but the perfection with which Vivian played his role as a Vampire hasn't still been matched.

Rishabh Kundra, is the first Bollywood Superstar of Indian Television. A lot of shows were made on movie and music stars but nothing could be compared to Vivian Dsena's portrayal of Superstar RK. Arrogant, spoilt and proud superstar RK, who thinks he reigns the world. Witty dialogues coupled with sexy dialogue delivery made it possible for RK to be made memorable for as long as TV shows are made. The show is still referred to as "RK wala show". This character brought many accolades for Vivian. RK was a troubled man. His childhood had made him what he was. The strain of relationship between him and his mom couldn't have been portrayed more beautifully...if not for Vivian.

When the country obsesses with Cricket, Vivian obsesses with soccer. He is a state-level soccer player who represented Madhya Pradesh (from where he hails) in various soccer tournaments. Even now, he makes sure he takes out time from his busy schedule to play football atleast 2-3 times a week. He leaves no chance to play soccer on a professional level. Recently, he participated in a celebrity soccer tournament for raising charity. He played alongside Abhishek Bachchan who is also known for his football-love, Ranbir Kapoor, the real RK of the industry...Riteish Deshmukh and many others. He always says that back in his hometown, when he gorges on his favourite sweets made by his mother...football is what keeps him fit and fine.

Vivian Dsena is no less than a girl when it comes to pampering himself. He loves his hair. Like literally. He is known for his hair-obsession. All his co-stars from Sukirti to Drashti have remarked how between the shots, his only concern is...his hair. Vivian defends himself saying that his hair is so silky and soft...that however he sets them, they fall apart. All his BTS interviews catch him playing with his hair in front of a mirror.

Despite being in this industry, Vivian is known for his shy nature. He speaks little...and observes more. He is not those type of people who are too expressive on their feelings and decisions. He lets his work and art speak for himself and that makes him unique.The only people he is known to share his feelings are with his parents, and his wife...along with his best friends which include some well-known names from the TV industry.

Vivian Dsena is, as all of his fans know, very less addicted to the social media. He doesn't hold an instagram account, or a facebook page. He merely has a Twitter profile with the username @VivianDsena01, wherein he is known to tweet once in a blue moon. As a matter of fact, alot of times he just tweets to inform that he had forgotten his Twitter password and has reset it, only to forget it all over again.
In his defense, Vivian has always said that he prefers talking to real people than the social-networking site. If he feels something, he will rather tell it to the people closest him than declare it publicly over Twitter. He says he likes to keep his private life private, and his feelings and emotions to himself. He is anyhow grateful to his fans who keep trending about him, whether on his birthday or on any important occasion in his life.
In an industry where every other actor tweets about what they're doing, wearing, eating...it surely is a unique thing to be such a private man, yet so loved and adored.

Vivian Dsena is a doting husband. He is loving and loyal and supports his wife Vahbiz at every moment he gets. He never shies away from accepting that Vahbiz makes him a better man. He says that if it was him alone, he would have been in pajamas and slippers...walking on the earth. Vahbiz makes him a responsible man...and a gentleman. He says he has a lot to learn from his wife, her patience...and her love for everyone. Vivian and Vahbiz are undoubtedly one of the sweetest couple of Television Industry.

If onscreen Vivian has been known for Abhay Raichand's Elegant black suit or Superstar RK's stylish persona , then off screen we have seen our beloved actor sporting a completely different style statement . Off screen , most of the time dressed in jeans & casual T-shirts , Vivian can easily be called the typical coolly casual guy who believes in comfort rather than following any blind definition of fashion . Be it a friends' reunion , holiday trips or just shopping with his lovely wife , off screen Vivian loves to be seen adorned in a pair of jeans & his favourite T-shirts , which often comes with funny jokes or quotes . Typical of our Superstar , no ? And not to forget , sometimes an addition of cap with his casual get up just spice up the whole thing & makes him the coolest coolly casual boy next door of Indian television.

Vivian Dsena is a HUGE Salman Khan fan. He says that his style, his acting are all inspired from the Bhaijaan of the industry. He is inspired by his personality and loves him to the core. Vivian said that while prepping for RK, he watched alot of Salman Khan movies because according to him, the only true Superstar of Bollywood is Salman.Salman's dialogue delivery inspired Vivian alot...and RK's character is very close to Salman's characters in Dabangg and other superhits. He got to share screenspace with him in Colors Golden Petal awards 2012...when they danced together on Salman's numbers. Vivian tweeted that this was one of the happiest moments of his life.

While clicking selfies & groupies have become a trend now a days and most of the other celebrities are found to follow the trend & posting numerous selfies or groupies in various social networking sites, our adorable superstar Vivian seem to have decided in favour of walking against the stream & stand out. When it comes to clicking a selfie or a groupie, he can be called a disaster! To his massive fandom's utter disappointment, our beloved actor never posts his selfies from his social site accounts, which sums up to just an underused twitter account anyway. From his few juvenile attempts at clicking a few groupies, one will doubt if he is even aware how to click a selfie, let alone posting several times a day! Whenever he is seen in other people's groupies, he seems to have booked his place in the last row permanently as in every groupie he's always found standing at the rearmost position, almost unrecognisable. His determination to avoid selfie hunting cameras can even beat the iron hard determination of a disastrous student to avoid his teacher. The onscreen superstar is such a selfie shy backbencher offscreen, no?

This fact might be unknown to many, but that doesn't lessen its truthfulness that our beloved onscreen superstar is a big prankster off screen. Yes, you heard it right! The man behind the arrogant & snobbish RK or the mysterious, impenetrable Abhay Raichand just couldn't be more opposite in real even if he tried. Be it onscreen or offscreen, bromance or brotherly romance is something that our beloved actor has done a PHD on . Vivian is well known for bonding quickly & bonding well with his brotherly male co-stars. During Pyaar Kii Ye Ek kahaani, his bonding with Siddhant & later on with Ritwik was a must topic while having a candid chat. Same was the case with Indresh Malik aka Bittuji of Madhubala - Ek ishq ek junoon. Even after the shows ended, Vivian still maintains a good contact with all three of his bromance partners & often his fans are blessed with candid stills. Vivian Dsena is a name in Indian television industry which is most known for his versatility. From the beginning of his career he is seen playing different kind of characters in each shows & just at the young age of 27 have gained a remarkable reputation as the most versatile actor of the industry. Vivian started his career with a character named Vicky Walia in Kasamh Se, who was the son of the lead protagonist of the show. Why not, after all he is the most versatile actor of Indian television!

The man who was criticized for being expression-less and stone-faced for his portrayal of Abhay Raichand...was the same man who won "Gr8 Performer of the Year" and "Best Actor (Jury)" in the same year for his portrayal of Rishabh Kundra on the cult show, Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. He was tagged as a versatile actor par excellence for being able to pull off the first grey-shaded character on Indian Television. To add to it, he played 4 different roles in the same show - RK, his anti-human KRK...then the mentally-challenged Raju, and the goon of all times - Raja!

The Perfectly chisled jawline makes his hunky looks even more appealing.Definitely! the another attractive feature, to make girls fall for him.Wonder, How did Abhay Raichand look so Deadly? The prominent jawline along with his fair Complexion, makes him look the ever sexiest Vampire. The stubble and the square jawline added more perfection to his rough & tough look as Superstar RK. No one could have ever looked, as classic as him, in the portrayal of Rishabh Kundra and this classic feature of him, is really something to die for!..

The Handsome Hunk has got Fascinating Heavy Voice and the way he speaks his dialogues, is enough to arrest many hearts.He excels in modifying his voice depending on what scene he is playing. Whether he is playing romantic & sentimental scene or showing arrogance & anger, he moulds his husky voice brilliantly.The painful, deep voice of Abhay Raichand in Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani could melt the thousands of hearts and the Superstar Rk's superhit dialogues had its own charisma. Saw u in promo of PKYEK and became ur fan from thn only and when finally saw the whole show, Abhay Raichand became the character I admire and can re-watch ... You made me love Vampire, u made me sympathise wid them, you made me feel for Abhay who was said to be heartless immortal beast.. For me u became sole reason to switch on TV every 8:30.

Then came RK with his devil may care, I m the best, I m arrogant and Oh so hot!! and gosh I loved the man who was at his evil best with his sexy smirk and I don't give damn attitude and of course, his sarcastic one liners and punches..
