Will Nafeesa lose her baby?

So we know that Shazia hates the fact that
Nafeesa is now pregnant and she might try to harm her and the baby with Zaro's help. Do you think they will able to succeed? Do you think Nafeesa end up losing her baby in a miscarriage?
