Asha's fusion with Ganesh
By MIO Team

With the celebrations of Ganesha Chathurti on, all are in a celebration spirit. Veteran singer Asha Bhosle too tries to do her bit paying homage and ode to Lord Ganesh, the God of the Gods. On the eve of the festival she turns traditional and comes out with an album 'Mangalmurti Ganesh.' She infuses rap into Ganesh Chalisa and treats shloks with a Western flavour. While retaining the tradition here is a fusion done for Lord Ganesh. The lyrics are done by lyrics Kedar Pandit. The melodious album by Bollywood legend Asha Bhosle, was recently launched at Siddhivinayak Temple.
