yes there are probably many of these older serials that can be axed. I want to go back to the time when we had finite serials with fixed number of episodes and we got complete stories.

Totally... All the characters seem so dud..

Just coz the main actors did a show together and have fans for their chemistry, who wants a dull incredibly naive, gullible and spark-less heroine who seems to exhibit the nature and dress sense of a decade before her own mom's times paired with another credulous spineless confused soul of a hero!!

They should have reversed the characters Cheeni (may be take up the name of her foster mom in her honour) to be absolutely loyal and ready to forgive in the memory of her Imlie and Heroji and Arylie's daughter as a stubborn person who gets into fights/ trouble and has the fire of her parents in her. Narmada should have held Cheeni in contempt for her mother's actions and Imlie should have been her shield. It is absolutely ridiculous the way that sweet girl cheeni's character took a totally reverse nature that too coz of the influence of Malini.

The PH is giving a wrong message that good parvarish in the formative years do not influence a person's character!! Here she is shown as her mother's daughter having no hint of her up bringing by Imlie

imlie is such a bad leap that I can't believe they are spending money on this. it 100% deserves to get axed and newer shows need to be given room to breathe.

They should have called for pack up with a happy ending or even a tragic end (if they feared the fans pestering them with more of Arylie).

Episodes leading to the leap and post leap are so bad it is almost as if PH lost interest. Then why waste money in those horrid looking jewelry!

Anyways Ghum makers are eyeing that slot for their new show with Vijendra... Yup a case of between the devil and the deep sea😆

Hearing Faltu got a good opening TRP... Though I watched Thapki 2 for Aakash, I found the girl Niha more impressive. Aakash somehow lost his charm, I didn't find his character in the show impressive.

all shows have to come to an end at some point but creatives as well as the channel have the opportunity to do it nicely. one of my favourite shows is bepannah and while it got cancelled, it was wrapped up nicely with a proper ending and the crew also gave nice goodbyes to viewers as well as the team. that is the way to do it.

instead, here you have utter chaos. I 1000% agree with you that the production team has zero interest in this leap and they have created a bakwas story by borrowing from boring 90s movies where no one talked to each other and people got married against their will because they were just plain stupid. the production had a clean slate to create whatever they wanted and they went for something utterly stupid.

in my mind, they want to be cancelled -- they are simply filling up air space because they have a contract to fulfil.

in comparison, rajjo has a story at this point and there is potential. it does not make sense that at just two months, a show be put on scanner and not given enough air to find its legs. so yes, if shows have to be cancelled, it is more cost effective to cancel all those old shows that have lost their spark and move on to something else.

Bye Bye Emily which means the comedy factor Imlie had is no more in a different show now. But hitting the millions at all is good for an Indian channel so Raajoo is here to stay at the moment.

Charlatan is literally a Wanted Rouge. That's why I say You Are Charlatan instead of You Are Wanted plus Charlatan is more literal to Chahetein in length plus the entire show is all about Charlatan's.

That show is annoying me with week long swerve ending promos and Charlatan recycling with no new ideas for new Charlatan characters to guess who's next on.

The channel shut CM with two days notice or so!! I mean SB shows doesn't give much TRP anyways. The show cast had good fan following too.. I say again TRP based on television watching is totally absurd...
