No only the PV forum mods can reduce it. Try befriending them. don't take a break from this place. You can create a new ID and start posting in the forum if you get banned or try to be sweet and lovely in that forum for one or two months. They won't take off the warning before that. So try to be sugary sweet infront of them. They will eventually take away the warning within a month.

Unlike in Pakistan, I don't think in South India you can marry your Dad's brother's kids or Mom's sister's kids. They are considered as siblings. But you can marry your Dad's sister's kids.

I have heard in south Indian families the girls can marry their maternal uncles as well😲
