Kaj (pronunciation kai) actually means a quay or wharf in swedish. Kajen means the wharf or the quay and those have I already visited many times. It's pretty nice over there. 😆

Another meaning is dock. Sorry I didn't know the word in English so I googled it and sometimes the translation is weird or the word is too difficult to understand.
