Krishnaraj is not their ancestral house, though. Rishi bought it and named it after his mom. He lived in Neetu-Razi's house after his wedding till he made Krishnaraj.

If you take away the land cost..a builder could build 100 luxury flats at their cost price,for 250 crores! That is the average rate for construction anywhere in India. The beggars in Bandra must be laughing at the claimed price of that building on a tiny site-it is almost on the road,with no privacy.

If RK was the sole owner,he would have made a beautiful bungalow 15 k-20k sq feet,with 7-8 bedrooms.This is what children do,with inheritance..either sell it,like RK studios..or build flats.

Shotgun too has made flats for his 3 children- Ramayana. But that was his own site.

Nobody builds bungalows in Mumbai. There is no space for that. Everyone makes buildings. They demolish old bungalows and put up buildings on that land due to a lack of space. It is Mumbai, not Los Angeles.

If you have land and can make a home,and you choose to make a building,to rent,or sell. Then you are not rich enough. A rich man will keep his home,buy another property and make it his place of work or monetise it. A home is a home.

Only AB sr, Ajay Devgan, Rekha, Javed Akhtar, Jeetendra and a few others etc have bungalows.

There r many bungalows on the road where Rekha s ji lives.

AB sr keeps buying the houses behind his bungalow and keeps joining them.
