So how did he land in water to assist devtas in churning

I have always wondered where the ocean was and what exactly it was...

Guessing but it's probably because it happened way back when the Sun was very young or after he was toned down.

If he was very young, he probably wasn't too hot. In that case only the elder Devas would have been present... Shani Deva and Yama Deva wouldn't have been around... Budha too...

Once he became too bright and was too hot to handle (no hidden meanings here... I am just referring to temperature) his wife left him with her shadow. Viswakarma chiseled away some of his power and made weapons and then he was reunited with his wife. After this Surya Dev was bearable. It could also be because he was able to keep his power within himself. Everyone around him during Samudra Mandhan were capable of being near him. Maybe it was a special ocean...

I once read a version that said the ocean they churned was the milk ocean...

I wondered how they managed to convince Lord Vishnu to allow them to churn his home...

Some explain that it's not really an ocean but it's the cosmic ocean... But that doesn't explain why Goddess Lakshmi is called daughter of Varuna...

I guess I am just adding more questions here...

I am trying to catch up but it's one big messy story...

Hanuman's conversation with Raahu was fun to watch... Till he started to insult Surya Deva. And Surya Deva isn't far behind... Readying an army to fight Raahu...

Surya Deva's court is Ravana's court I think... Looked the same.

And Vali can do some sort of black magic... Drop his blood in water and scream for his Devpita. Just like Sahasra in SR... I wonder who learned this trick from whom... Probably the story writer is the culprit...

Hanuman's antics were fun to watch and his friendship with Neela is cute. Also Hanuman eating mangoes...

And what sort of route does Maruti take to reach the Sun? Is he going around the entire solar system to reach the Sun? And there's always a convenient cloud or asteroid for him to stand on and talk or fight... The route confuses me but Hanuman fighting with the Devas was fun to watch.

Also... Anjana's room is almost a forest... Caves and trees with an ornate bed in the middle... The decor is great, though..
