I agree. And there is no doubt roshi is wonderful person .. and dananeer is doing a very good job. I love roshi with her family behaving her age . She is endearing. But I just can’t get onboard with Talha roshi as romantic partners .. more so seeing how they are treating it as if Talha wronged her .. ignoring the huge age gap and lack f emotional maturity.. when the situation with Talha is so complex..Talha has every right to decide for himself whether he wants to pursue something due to various factors despite being attracted.. he hasn’t led roshi or given false hopes.. her age and the burden of responsibility she will have to bear at this age is no joke and Talha is aware of that.. villainising him that eh hurt her, betrayed her.. hope he comes to know her worth blah blah is ridiculous. Roshi need not understand him AFTER knowing his trauma.. even without knowing it he is not obligated to return her feelings romantically.. he has been a wonderful mentor to her .. dictating him about how he has to behave with sabeeka is her crossing the line.. and this is where I blame talha’s father..
She has a closeness and informal relationship with talha’s father and mohid but I never felt Talha gave her the liberty to interfere the way she has been doing since sabeeka’s entry.. I have always felt Talha maintained a mentor/mentee or boss/intern dynamic.. never was too casual with her

Talha is a very practical, matured, and balanced individual. He consistently treats everyone with due respect and does not harbor any grudges, nor does he judge people by their decisions or react strongly. He wisely pulled back upon recognizing his mutual attraction with Roshi, thus avoiding any possible misunderstandings. He exemplifies a true gentleman by setting clear boundaries and anticipating reciprocal respect. Having said that, he’s human too and has his own set of insecurities and emotional baggage that he chooses to keep private. He’s skeptic to give himself a second chance in Love and we all know his underlying fears & concerns.
Roshi's personality is characterized by a unique blend of impulsiveness, impatience, and immaturity, yet she maintains a strong sense of self, living life on her own terms, and exhibits a gentle and loving personality. Her emotions are intense, with both love and hatred being extreme, and capable of either profoundly impacting or completely overwhelming others. That’s why her reactions on rejection are expected & natural.
Coming to Talha’s dad, as any father would desire, he wants to see his son settle down in life, marry a girl who loves him madly, understands his family dynamics, have kids, and lead a happy life without any prejudices or past trauma. He has endured substantial personal hardships, including the loss of his son and daughter-in-law in a fatal accident, his only grandchild has been severely traumatized, resulting in the loss of speech, and his only surviving son is grappling with guilt and stagnation. He has lost more than anybody else. I don’t think it’s selfish of him to see Roshi as his prospective daughter-in-law, because he knows Roshi loves Talha and can be a good wife; Talha too needs someone as cheerful and fun as Roshi. He sees them both complimenting their personalities.
We will need to recognize the distinct personalities of Talha and Roshi as the yin-yang embodiment. Both are flawed and right in their own ways. As viewers we tend to empathize more with one leads and that is fine too.
