But sitara bahut stupid hai... The first few episodes i liked her- she was this person who knew no one was her own but pretended to be happy all the time

Sitara isn't stupid. Those ppl rised her after her parents died. Her uncle was very good to her. He shut his wife many times, and he showed trust in her and defended her many times untill she was found in Salar's room at night. Still in the walima party he defended her against Salar. But it became tough when everyday new drama happened. Rest of her family are bad , but they showed their true color only after the badnami.

Now she is showing attitude to her family members, and to Qasim, and Salar's sis and BIL.

This. He was so smitten with her. And afterwards once he reached his sis's home, he kept behaving like a dude whose wife had run away to her mayka. Although he probably would have needed time to get over his highheadedness if the misunderstanding had not happened, he would have eventually come after her. True that he was in his delulu land that day like last episode he was in one brain cell only land.

I hope this wedding goes through peacefully but it seems Zohaib’s hired hitman will get Salar injured and he might not make it to the barat

I do not understand. What exactly is Zohaib's problem? Does it hurt his male ego so much that his sister is marrying someone of her own choice? The way he is going about it makes it seem like a case of honour killing. It won't surprise me if he killed Sitara as well.

Also, I was hoping for a redemption track for him but the moment he started hitting Sitara and now this, I hope he dies or something because otherwise he will be nothing more than a headache at Sitara-Salar's side.
