His character is over, so he should be out of the montage now. Kasauli phase is also officially over since Ak has removed all heavy kaajal, MS, sindoor and gone back to her pre-leap styling....so no point keeping her Mrs. Sharma styling in the montage.

Maybe they are waiting to get through this court case tamasha before they change the montage.
