On a serious note, like people say dramas have an influence on the general audience. This drama is written insensibly. And the focus on Haya is too much. And like some people are saying Haya has maximum screen space. And also Murtasim and Haya has more scenes than Meerab and Murtasim.

Viewers want to see Meerasim bonding not MuYa bonding. If we observe MuYa had more heart to heart conversations than Meerasim.

Read somewhere there is a BTS of Mariyam and MB too at the hospital.

So MB will be at the hospital and MK spots Mm and Saba

I wasn't joking pressu. That is actually the thought process. Watch director's and writer's IV they like Haya more than Me, because Haya is in love and so it is okay for her do evil things. They are okay with Murtu doing stupid things because he is in love too but not Me because she never fell in love.

That's their whole thought process.

So Nooran wrote this down in her book of “lines” and then kept stuffing it down our throats through Haya. Haya is like the phlegm that we cough out when we are sick.
