Interesting statement, because the TRP's have been the same throughout.

I personally think there's greater scope in the 17th century for the drama part- Dhruv learning horse riding, sword fighting, being an emissary with his English, potential war, guerilla warfare etc.

The 21st though is better for the romance part- the laws of the 17th don't really permit any romance for DT 😆
