Kudos to them. That's also being an actor and showing that they would be up to take a Hollywood role of it came by.

It goes to show that their accent wouldn't be something that would prevent them to have a career there if needed. Isn't this why Deepika couldn't have the Hollywood career she wanted?

I also think they talk Hindi without accent. So what's different ?

I am trying to remember that Aish and PC are also looking for work in Hollywood, which means they do have to fit in. They shouldn't be judged, and I've been guilty of doing that.

But there's a significant difference between making a conscious effort to speak so the other person gets what you're saying and speaking in a manner that makes you accepted.

I felt their accent went a bit more further than just trying to sound “neutral”

but yes I agree… same energy should be used when aish and pc speak in a western accent… I hardly see such solidarity when bolly folks are speaking with an accent abroad…

No, I don’t think he faked his accent, he was just putting on a bit of a twang b/c a lot of Americans wouldn’t/understand his heavy ‘Indian’ English accent which is totally understandable & that goes both ways, & if “we Indians” didn’t like “fake things”, then we wouldn’t be such a big consumer of Chinese goods & severe hypocrisy. 😉

modi banned everything chinese long backkkk 😆
