Even I dont know what exactly will be the trigger😃. With the way things ended before leap and it is now, Sai will not go back to CN so easily. V is married, to P. The thread that connects her to Chavans for now is Savi only, but she will not let anyone come between her and Savi. From the previous promo it seem to be for Vinu, the unknown thread. And it makes sense too. When V stormed off with Vinu, Sai kept aside their past and prioritized Vinu's treatment as a doctor. V too put Vinu first and brought him for treatment. Even a slight improvement in Vinu's condition will give Sai the pass to continue her treatment. Sai and Savi's attachment to him and their wish to see him participate in school race will just add to it.

I am already dreading what Sai will have to see and hear in CN😭. Hope they will mind their word in the presence of children.
