I know I am just going in circles..but doesn't matter if Aryan takes on the role of nakli villain...and then down the lane, Imlie would understand him..phir bhi, she will be forced/ threatened. The initial days of her "not understanding " phase , she would be filled with self loathing, and would be feeling betrayed by her friend. That's what still irks me. I know this is just a show ..and ultimately we get to enjoy Arylie..but phir bhi...Now if Aryan didn't force her as per promo, but both are entwined in this zabardasti rishta..then...But it's Gul show, then ML forcing FL is the norm.
