Lol. It got switched few times. Three of us just wanted to just go somewhere and we ended up choosing Goa because it's closer. The more we talked we figured none of us is enthusiastic. So I ended up suggesting Udaipur because of the show. So, then we were planning but it's going to be Sumner and super hot and all the places seem to be far away. And one of my friends was literally like, "but this place has just palaces, nothing more". So we changed to Kolkata. It's a metro city, so traveling is easier. Food is amaze, so many places to visit and has so much history also. 😍

And two of us really want to see Sunderbans. God knows how long it will still be there. 😭

Sounds amazing! I'm jealous... never been to Kolkata. So no Covid restrictions on traveling within India?

Next time I'm in India, will plan on visiting Sundarbans... tragic how many places will be lost to the ecological nightmare brewing around us😭

Nah re. The trip hasn't happened. We have only fixed the destination as of yesterday. Plus I will be stopping in Chennai on the way back coz one of my friends is getting married. 😆

Not many. If you are fully vaccinated most states are okay. Of course masks are mandatory everywhere. And few states asks for RTPCR tests. And it is based on the cases from where you are traveling I guess.

It's a stupid holiday and the only people who benefit are the ones in the restaurant, jewelry or florist business. It's ridiculous how overpriced these commodities become on Feb 14th...

When I was in high school, we had to give out cards to everybody in the class so nobody felt left out. My friend and I suggested how about nobody gave anybody a card - much less work all around 😆 We were called to the principal's office and given a lecture about our cynicism 🤣

Chennai haan? Nice, won't be too hot and humid just now I guess.

What did you like about the place and the food most?

Lol. I feel the same way about mothers day, women's day, friendship day and whatever other days are there. Never celebrated any of it, and has no plans to in the future as well! 🤣

Which place are you talking about? Like I said, Kolkata hasn't happened yet. We just fixed the destination yesterday. And I studied in Chennai for 5 years and curd Rice is my comfort food. 😛
