Everything is on her and every mess has to be cleared by her, every tough emotion has to be experienced by her and every accusation, insult, abuse, humiliation, name calling has to be faced by her.

I was thinking back to other shows I have watched and this is typical of ITV. I think it’s lazy writing and depending on formulas that have sold in the past. There are so many similar scenes in Diya aur Baati ( initial episodes where Sandhya enters as a new bride), and heroine is always deliberately misunderstood by the hero- IPPKND, Qubool Hai, Yeh hai Mohabatein- all of these stories start out with so much misunderstanding between leads and ALWAYS the FL is so nice and viewers like her and she is always the one to be hurt sacrificed, misunderstood- especially by ML and sometimes MLS families.

At least at this point I am just happy that she at least has Rishita and Dhara on her side against the evil Mahasaas.

I had no problem on her lashing out him today. After all the manhandling and emotional abuse she has received I'm glad she spoke in front of SOMEONE at least.

I couldn't see any more silence from her end. Probably that is also a reason I'm excited about ME to see if she finally speaks...

Why should it always be HER to speak, to plead, to confess, to do everything that would bring calm to a relationship that he feels is worthless?

Why didn't he tell ravi to speak to suman since he is unable to with all tha kasam nonsense.. seriously why didn't he tell anyone else..he could have told anyone in thag house and they would have done the rest.. 🤪

True. I don’t think the writer even thought that deeply - just somehow create more strife and drama - extend the episodes and felt any sort of ShiVi understanding on reunion

The question remains who is she saving the marriage for? As far as she's concerned, Shiva never bothered to talk to her about his feelings...not when she tried after the sneha scenario, or when she came back, nor at the court in yesterday's episode. Why is she going to save a marriage where she is now aware of her feelings but doesn't know his?

Also she's indicated from the court scene and the dialogues in today's that he's being unfaithful. Even if she didn't love him, he did owe her that courtesy of waiting till they were no longer bound by legal obligations and her asking for it is never going to be wrong. Yes, his mum doesn't know the whole truth and he's bound by her promise, but he needs to find a way to stick to his ethics..

The one dialogue that annoyed me was when he said to himself"...she doesn't want to say anything." Why should she? Has he ever indicated that he doesn't want to get married to Disha? Every point, looking at it from an insider pov where you don't know the thoughts going through his head shows that he has absolutely no problem with this new relationship. He hasn't resisted, he hasn't denied it, he hasn't tried solving any of the issues that are still between him and Raavi. Even today when she mentioned his eagerness he didn't think to deny it. Instead he let his temper get the better of him and he said he would get engaged. Now I want to see if he has the balls to stay true to his words.

2 episodes ago he taunted her about no friendship between them ever and I'd like to ask whose fault that is?!

From asking him to be 'ajnabee' in the early days of marriage to begging him to stop running away and make new memories with her...he had always been aloof. ALWAYS.

He didn't fall for her overnight did he why was he expecting the same thing form her, after being left at the alter no less. After a betrayal. After being humiliated for loving someone so openly and being left by him without a second thought...

Should we move to the new EDT? 🤓

Also, if I watch today's episode forgetting the sbs segment where divorce was cancelled, technically, there's no problem in him going ahead with the engagement. Yes, his silence is problematic but Raavi calling him gira hua is also problematic based on what we're shown in the episodes so far.

So I'm treating this as one of their old fights where both blindly lash out at each other.

After a long day: first at counsellor- where he dodged her Q on why he questioned her character, he brushed aside her point abt his reaction at photo & Suman pushing live disoo on her.

Then the whole physical- mental abuse galore by Suman.

Then she was sent to shop for disoo & shiva ( we assume she did after dialogue)

Then she sees flowers from disoo & when goes to room- sees shiva picking sherwani!

Whole day, she was pretty much not allowed to speak by Suman. She is emotional wreck . Is upset at unclear stance of shiva.
she didn’t speak up abt divorce as She was miffed at Shva’s chuppi & ma maa main.

Then comes this final reaction, he is still her only escape to vent out & she did! He is still liable to answer her so she asked.
His indifference at her upset is what made her say that. And, reason is him quietly hiding behind kasam & complying.

He cud atleast have told truth go dev & Gaumbi. If wanted to.

In this forum, @transference used to say that literally kids are thrown into marriage. I totally agree,they are just big bodies with no brains.

Shiva is in "maine kya kiya" mode.

Raavi is also not leaving, going for shopping stuff.

They are showing farak ni parta with lots and lots of arguments (that too ruthless at times).

The great street smart has left every sense of logic and understanding far behind to make this mahaepisode some solid stuff 🤣

Him and his mother think he did nothing wrong.

Suman said this to Raavi today, "Markundi gayi bahut udd rahi thi naa, aaj se uddna bandh, iss ghar me tera dhana, paani bandh"

He was listening to his mother spew venom after venom let Raavi listen to all of it and says "meine kya kiya"

The way Suman dragged her, like she was dragging an animal with its leash on, it was a pathetic sight to see.

Shiva always views the problems from his side, never understood Raavi's point of view.

Today again, he said, "Maa ne ye kasam de ke accha nahi kiya" again it's about him and nothing to do with Raavi.

Even Raavi pointed it out today, "mujhe ye dhikat ho rahi hai, ki tu meri dikhat ko samaj nahi paa raha hai"

The list of mistakes Shiva is making after this 3rd angle started is never ending😕
