I thought the same things. They must’ve seen all the memes and jokes after that episode(KV definitely did) and then decided to throw that line in!!

Between the secret IF writer and Twitter stalkers(including KV)....they know what social media thinks of the show(every episode)....the fandom is not shy to let them know either!!

I felt like it was a little unfair. Anokhi and Babli have seen that their parents are fallible and lived with that reality. Shaurya on the other hand was disappointed by his parents and found his replacement parents in Tejvi. To admit their faults would leave him shattered.

Like we’ve all said...Anokhi was at least loved by Babli and Rama. Shaurya is not that lucky. If he didn’t have Tejvi, then he’d be all alone. So it’s understandable that he couldn’t let himself see the reality, for his own survival.
