If you know this iconic Teacher couple, you will totally understand our show couple as well. It is said that savitri bai teacher was her husband same it would be Ani being Bondita Teacher !

Also Because of jyotibaphule , his wife became the first woman teacher , because of Aniruddh Roy Chaudhary , Bondita will become first Barrister woman in bengal !

Together Phule couple breaks the stereotype and norms . Together Ani Bondu will change the mindset of the society . Tark se fark mitega !

The show is based on These couple but here the couple are barristers ..

Their jodi is written as Teacher and Student not only as Couple.

That is why Bondu called Ani his Teacher first ! 😳

Yes. I have read about both.

Anandi Gopal Joshi. Gopalrao was 20 years older than her. But she was motivated to become a doctor after her first new born child died... Also she died when she was 21-22 yr old if I'm not wrong of TB??

Savitribai's story is equally motivational and very similar to BB. Jyotirao Phule gave her primary education and then his friends gave her higher education.

Whether Marathi or Bengali, ours is a rich culture with a highly inspiring history. Since many centuries, women of this country are on the cusp of conservatively traditional and progressive reforming phase, lead a cursed life, suppressed and oppressed because of patriarchal society's rigid norms and customs.

Those women, who gave their lives to ensure our freedom. Revolutionaries, who did not think twice before standing tall to the sticks and guns of the British officials to claim justice, if those martyrs don’t get their due credit then it is selfish and careless on our part. I hope the BB story will move forward on that line.

A few stories of such great women--- Kanaklata Baruah– Kanaklata always harbored the dream of serving the country and helping in the Independence struggle. From the tender age of 17, she wanted to join the freedom struggle but since she was a minor, she couldn’t join the Azad Hind Fauj. Kanaklata’s determination did not give up at that and she joined the Mrityu Bahini. Born in 1924 in Assam, Kanaklata was one of the greatest warriors of Assam. She joined the “do or die” for independence initiative started by Indian National Congress from Assam. Not just that, she died while marching to hoist the Indian flag in Assam during the Quit India Movement.

Matangini Hazra– One of the first female members of the Indian National Congress, Matangini Harzra fought bravely for the freedom of the country, but in today’s era, her name is unheard off. The history books, we read in schools, have no mention of the courageous lady. She was a staunch Gandhian and supporter of the Non-cooperation movement. She, at the age of 73, was also an active participant of the Quit India Movement leading a procession of 6000 supporters, most of them were women, to confiscate the Tamluk police station when she was shot dead even after requesting the police not to open fire to the crowd.

Begum Hazrat Ali- Her role in the first war of independence is often ignored by the current generation. Wife of the last Tajdaar-e-Awadh Wajid Ali Shah, Begum Hazrat Ali was a powerful lady. She fought with the British alongside Rani Lakshmibai, however, her name got erased out of the thin pages of history. When the British had taken over Awadh and put her husband into exile. She fought bravely to reclaim Awadh from the British and put her son on the throne. The people of Awadh supported her completely and she inspired and urged them to take part in the freedom struggle.

Bhogeshwari Phukanani- One more example of martyrdom that went unnoticed was from the district of Nagaon. Quit India Movement inspired many women from different parts of India to fight in the freedom struggle and one was a gallant lady, Bhogeshwari Phuknani. When the revolutionaries had just taken back control of their offices in Berhampur, the joyful atmosphere turned into gloom and terror when the Policed raided the place and at that time a crowd came marching from the nearby village shouting “Vande Mataram. This crowd was led by Bhogeshwari. She hit the Captain who had come to raid the revolutionaries. While later the Captain shot her and she succumbed to her injury.

Now I wish to write our Bondini's name along with these great ladies of fame in future, with her awakened wisdom when she participates in the Indian freedom struggle along with Anirudh, her Mentor Pati!

Tfs this Madhuri 🤗

I am from Assam and feeling proud that 2 of your referred freedom fighters were from our state..but that's not the point i want to highlight..i am just glad that woman from all over india were involved in freedom fighting at that british era..and husbands of that era were so advanced that they supported their better halfs..👏

By the way you mistyped the name of 'Bhogeswari Phukanani' as 'Phuknani'..that is 1 a is missing after 'k'.. Actually the title is Phukan..Here in Assam there is a tradition of using 'ani' after the title for elderly woman in respect so it is Phukanani..like Hazarikani for Hazarika,Baruahni for Baruah..So i will be called 'Gogoini' after i reach a particular age😆
