This is ridiculous to an extreme...not even a butcher who is employed by the coroner would work in a room that you cannot see in, that is preposterous, come on people think, in an autopsy there is cutting-drilling-sawing happening, you need light or you slice off your own finger!! Even those who wheeled in the remains or clean the room would automatically flip a light on, if only for their own safety, so they don't bump into stuff!

No exact time of death from Cooper Hospital IS expected (if they did list one then question that) because the coroner can only give an estimate, NO ONE at the coroners knows the exact time with minutes and seconds because they were not there, they can only say that he was DOA and then give an estimate after they do proper liver mortis and give an ETD. Just know that there are 3 different times of death.

Look I am going to give you a link if you people want to read more about this, I do not write it all out because people on here do not read or complain that I write too much. In an ideal situation the coroner who was called to the scene (if at all) should have taken the temperature of the body, the room etc.. But by the way they "leaked" photos and information and how the scene was contaminated by a bunch of people I could tell it would be a circus and if a half legible report is produced after the toxicology and post mortem that would be a miracle, I have not read the report but that there will be mistakes on it for me is a; for sure. That is the best that can happen in India, sorry.

I am not sure what you are asking about organic an inorganic poison, but there are several categories and types of poison, a long list, and there are several branches that specialize in toxicology. The forensic coroner in that city is the branch that does these cases and they should have protocols in place that cover all aspects in the investigative phase. Wait and see what they come up with and hope it is thorough and they covered all bases, because realistically and honestly nothing more can be done at this point. As it would all be speculation and emotion fueled conjecture. The body was cremated, he is no more and only if they prepared slides can further test be done for other toxicology that takes a little more time. There are people who know how he died and they even know the time of his death but the very fact that it's all hidden away itself points to some other motive. It is extremely clear it wasn't suicide but it's about finding proofs and so much evidence has been destroyed. It is not going to be an easy task but the murderers definitely need to be exposed.

Time of Death is basic information even for a Death certificate and here a postmortem report was submitted with out mentioning it.Why???

Bas give one logical explanation for it...then i will listen to their fanfiction about depression and suicide.

True time of death is exact when the death happens in presence of a clock. On cases of suicide estimated time of death is mentioned as no was present inside the room with a watch.

I will simplify how time of death is analysed. Temperature of liver decreases much slowly tham other part of body, so a thermometer is inserted inside the liver. Temperature is matched with the table containing time of death. Rigormortis or dead body stiffens starts after 3 hours from forehead and ends after 12 to 14 hours. It is also used to measure the time of death. There is an increase in gut bacteria which helps in decomposition of the corpse. It is studied too.
